Spring Shopping

Winter is finally over. All the ice and snow has melted, the Christmas decorations are gone, and now we’re well on our way to springtime and Easter. That means its time to start adding more springtime colors to my inventory when I go clothes shopping. Its so hard to find things that won’t clash with my red hair, and yet have some variety without wearing too much black. I saw this really pretty dress on the fashion blogs, so I just had to go over to Fashion Fruit and get it.

They had this dress in a few different colors, and it took me awhile to decide between this green one and one in a really nice shade of blue. I’m happy with my choice though, and they have a lot of really great dresses of all kinds there. I’m sure I’ll be back there again soon.

Throwing in my 2 cents

One of my favorite things about Second Life is shopping, and following all the latest fashion trends. I love reading all the blogs people write where they show off an outfit or new hairstyle they picked up, and list where they got them. Sometimes, thats how I find my own latest wardrobe additions. There are a handful of designers out there that are my favorites.. among them being places like Last Call, Blaze, ETD, Pixeldolls, and most recently, Nyte N Day. I’ve been thinking about doing a fashion blog of my own for awhile, but I keep procrastinating and putting it off. I finally got around to it though, so here is my very first entry.

This is one I picked up awhile ago from Last Call, and added a black shrug to it thats been sitting around in my inventory for awhile. I think I picked up the shrug somewhere for free, but it goes great with SO many outfits.
